Entrevestor: Densitas Partners with U.S. Beta User

Halifax-based breast imaging analytics company Densitas has announced a collaboration with TeleMammography Specialists of Decatur, Georgia, that will improve the quality of breast screening offered to more than 60,000 women annually.
TeleMammography Specialists is an international teleradiology services provider and will be the first U.S. beta user for the new densitasquality solution, the company said in a statement. The product will improve the communications and information sharing needed to meet FDA guidelines.
TeleMammography Specialists also plan to implement the recently released densitasdensity automated breast density assessment software.
“Our goal is to provide tools that reduce the documentation, process and communication burdens of meeting EQUIP (FDA) guidelines and enables sustainable delivery of quality assurance across the mammography enterprise,” Mohamed Abdolell, CEO of Densitas, said in the statement.

The company issued a press release this week saying it raised the money from a range of investors, including several National Hockey League players. The company’s website shows that it plans now to develop its first Zero Waste Pod this month and to launch its first partnership with a national supermarket chain in April. The company was formed two years ago with a core of sports and health enthusiasts. Its mission is to reduce food wastage, which now amounts to $31 billion a year in Canada alone, by finding supermarket produce that is about to be tossed out and using it to make a nutritional food supplement.   • Design, implement and optimize marketing automation initiatives to manage and nurture leads and customers using Hubspot and Salesforce. Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to achieve measurable improvements in the process.
  • Implement and monitor initiatives that drive customer acquisition across digital (and occasionally offline) channels including digital advertising, content marketing and SEO, email, and social platforms.
  • Assist with the roll out of our content strategy and the production of creative assets to be used across various channels.
  • Assist with the development and management of our website, landing pages and social media accounts.
  • Test and analyze landing pages and digital user experiences.
  • Report on the progress of digital marketing activities using analytics and reporting tools such as spreadsheets, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • 2 to 5 years professional experience in a digital marketing capacity.
